Camp Woolman is a Quaker summer camp for ages 9-17, located on 236 acres in the Sierra foothills. The Camp Woolman program, modeled after the Baltimore Yearly Meeting camping program, emphasizes backpacking skills on trail as well as an in-camp program. In-camp days include time for Meeting for Worship, age-group games, chores, choice activities or workshops, a little relaxation time, and lots of singing.  Each week, campers and counselors leave for a two or three night camping trip.  They are most often hiking in Tahoe National Forest or on the Pacific Crest Trail.  They carry everything they need with them, and though they are not back at the cabins, they are still at camp-playing games, laughing and singing.

Teen Leadership Camp extends the camp experience into longer trips, service projects, age-appropriate activities and leadership skill building.
